Toolkits

What are Toolkits?

Toolkits are helpful resources created by our interns that provide concise and useful information about various mental health challenges including an overview of each topic, coping strategies, additional resources, and more. Toolkits pull information from a wide range of reputable sources and provide evidence-based tips for living and improving quality of life.  These toolkits are accessible and tailored to a variety of groups allowing readers to not only help themselves, but also loved ones who are struggling with their own issues. Utilizing toolkits provides a starting point for spreading awareness and ending stigma about various mental health challenges. Below you will find a list of toolkits that are currently available. Please feel free to download and utilize these toolkits as you wish.
