Mending Mindsets
Mending Mindsets is a support group for individuals living with stress and anxiety. This is a safe place to share your thoughts and experiences and to build a connection with other peers who share the same experiences.
Please note:
This group has virtual meetings every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

Mending Mindsets holds monthly meetings structured as follows:
Meetings for Mending Mindsets (hosted by NAMI Mercer) are being held virtually on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Registration is required.
- Meetings are confidential and offered at no charge
- Meetings are open to any person struggling with stress and anxiety -
one does NOT need to have a diagnosis to benefit - Facilitators lead the group to be supportive, safe, and confidential
- Dialogue is facilitated; content is driven by the needs of those in attendance
- Participants share experiences and resources
