Weight ≠ Worth
Weight ≠ Worth is a mini support series for TCNJ students that struggle with an unhealthy preoccupation with food, weight, or appearance. NAMI Mercer and CAPS at TCNJ invite you to join us for an in-person peer led group support group on the TCNJ campus. Anyone you know experiences disorderly eating habits or a poor relationship with weight or appearance.
Weight ≠ Worth holds monthly meetings structured as follows:
MEETING DATES:
Meetings for Weight ≠ Worth (hosted by NAMI Mercer) are being held in-person at the TCNJ Campus
- Meetings are confidential and offered at no charge to TCNJ students.
- Meetings are open to any TCNJ students experiencing disorderly eating habits or a poor relationship with weight or appearance.
- A person does NOT need to have a diagnosis to benefit from the meetings;
- This is a peer-led support group which facilitates dialog, however the content is driven by the needs of those in attendance.
- Participants work together to share experiences and resources
