Social Support Group for adults with scheduled fun activities. Meet and Greet, 1st Wednesdays, 3-4pm. NAMI Membership is required.
For those ages 16+who struggle with an unhealthy preoccupation with food, weight, or appearance. This will be a 6-week mini-series starting on March 1st and ending on April 5th. The group will meet from 4-5pm.
General Support Group for Caregivers of a loved one with a mental illness. Empathy Network will not meet on July 4, 2023 due to holiday closure. Empathy Network is a support group for individuals living with depression and similar challenges.
