Support group for individuals living with stress and anxiety. The group meets virtually via Zoom on the first 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month from 7-8pm.

For those ages 16+who struggle with an unhealthy preoccupation with food, weight, or appearance. This will be a 6-week mini-series starting on March 1st and ending on April 5th. The group will meet from 4-5pm.

Recovery support group for adults living with mental illness. The group can meet virtually via Ring Central or in person at the NAMI Mercer Center on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at 2pm. The group will also meet only virtually on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 7pm.
