Connection to Mission: Michelle has long been passionate about addressing behavioral and mental health issues, having personal experience with a close family member. With twenty years’ experience at Johnson & Johnson, she has led many collaborative efforts educating patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers in both local and national markets. Specifically, with the Janssen Neuroscience team, she led numerous initiatives while educating population health decision makers on creating less barriers to access while launching a novel Anti-Depressant into the marketplace. Michelle’s intent on being on the board is reducing the stigma around mental illness and raising awareness in the community and beyond. She is also committed to helping NAMI Mercer secure the funding that is necessary to grow even stronger.
