Connection to Mission: Michelle brings a deep and longstanding commitment to advancing behavioral and mental health awareness, informed by personal experience supporting a close family member. She has spent more than twenty years at Johnson & Johnson, where she has led cross-functional, collaborative initiatives focused on educating patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers at both the local and national levels. Her work has included engaging population health decision-makers to address and reduce barriers to accessing critical medical therapies.
Michelle seeks to serve on the board to help reduce the stigma associated with mental illness, increase awareness within the community and beyond, and support NAMI Mercer in securing the resources necessary to strengthen and expand its mission
