Allow Tracey to guide you on a one-and-a-half-hour journey that will make a difference in your life and the life of someone you care about. No skills required…. just an open heart! The workshop will end with a 20-minute exercise where you will have the opportunity to write a few kind words to someone deserving in your life. You will not be asked to share your letter.
