DESCRIPTION:Empathy Network is a support group for individuals living with depression and similar challenges. Group members will have the opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other participants\, as well as learn new coping skills and strategies to foster wellbeing. Facilitator Laurie Goldman will lead the group in a supportive\, safe\, confidential setting. \nThe group meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 2-3pm. Registration is required to become a group participant; confirmation of attendance at each individual session will be required.
