NAMI Mercer hosts an online WRAP® support group from 7:00 – 8:00 pm every Thursday evening. The group is open to anyone who has an interest in learning more about WRAP®.

Musicians Colleen Ryan and Jim Gaven will lead the group in a round of fun, positive, and uplifting music activities. Silly vocal warmups to break the ice will flow into a handful of sing-a-long songs, and finish off with a series of percussion related activities to get everyone in rhythm with one another before parting ways.

 

 

NAMI Mercer’s peer-led social support group for adults, Just Friends, offers participants opportunities to engage in fun activities that reduce social isolation and enhance interpersonal skills. This furthers people’s ability to contribute to and enjoy a sense of community, promoting recovery and well-being.
